Jason Farmer is Broker/Owner of The Group, Real Estate Brokerage. Jason received his Real Estate license in 1999. He has a wide range of experience in listing and selling property, with a long list of satisfied clients. New construction homes, existing homes, REO (bank owned), and relocation are all areas of expertise. Jason served as president of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors in 2007 and was named their Realtor of the Year in 2008. His service philosophy of “Under Promise and Over Deliver” has made him a leader in the Chattanooga Real Estate Market. Jason is a life-long Chattanoogan, who currently resides on Signal Mountain. He and his wife Ann Farmer have two children, Gus and Lina.

Kadi Brown is Co-Owner and an Affiliate Broker of The Group. She began her real estate career with a primary focus on land sales which took her throughout East Tennessee. She has transitioned primarily into residential sales, and still assists sellers and buyers with complex land transactions. She is well experienced in luxury homes, relocation, first-time home buyers, and new construction. Kadi believes in being professional, organized, and efficient, yet maintains an element of fun with her clients and colleagues. Kadi is a life-long resident of Chattanooga; loves supporting local organizations and events, and is passionate about the continued growth of this city.  She currently resides in North Chattanooga with her husband Andy, their two sons Roman and Van, and their two dogs.
